bulk head? im assuming is radiator support...if so ya do that it would be best when your fixing stuff like that sometimes u have a hard time getting the hood to line up with bumper and fenders.I fixed the one on my integra and it came out ok but it was no where near that bad.
the bulkhead is:

i think i need to replace it?? if cant fix it.
but first i`ll try fix it and see what i can do?
and about line up the hood with bumper i think i already should go to paint shop to replaint the car and fix the detail like thats
thanks

i agree DO NOT cut the core support (radiator support) off un till you make sure your front frame rails arent swayed over. you will have to make square measurements at points across the engine bay to find out, and if it is swayed over have a body shop pull it back if you want to fix, bend the radiator support back to close then cut it off and weld new one back on, thats the only way your ever going to get everything to line up again

kk, today I stripped the fender

but i think i need to cut the radiator support

but before cut any thing i need to measurement the square of headlight and radiator support

but how i can do it??
i have no idea with measurements of the body!!
so what i need is replace the radiator support but i think the left headlight support have little swayed

i need to fix it or should replace it too!!
sorry for being bitch but i have no idea about body shops

the best way to get a square measurement is to make a X. you can pick two points that are the same across the engine bay from each other. for example the fender bolts closest to the fire wall, because the frame is less likely to be sway the closer you are to the shock towers and the fire wall. then you pick two points that are the same closest to the core support. like the fender bolts closest to the headlights, you dont want to pick the head light bolts because those can really be all out of whack. then after you get your points you measure diagonally across the engine bay for example from top left to bottom right. after you get your two diagonal measurements you can subtract them to find out how much the front is moved over. that would be for the top. now if the damage is to bottom more you should also do the same type of measurement underneath the car, like where to sub frame attaches to the car. good luck hopefully its not swayed bad, but i think its fixable, ive seen and worked on worse.

They are not always the same distance from side to side, or both sides may be pushed back. Any decent body shop with a frame machine should be able to give you a print out of what the measurements should be. Your best be would be to let a body shop straighten it out with a frame machine. It will be worth it when you go to put the body panels back on.

I didn't read any of the replys in this thread. But honest to god, if you have to ask other people that never met you in their life if YOU can fix it. The answer is NO.
is there any frame damage... a hit like that most likely bent the frame. driving straight wont ever be the same again.
if you gotta pull the frame str8, i say just get another del sol.
