Default Power steering removal in a 95 prelude

so i decided today to remove my Power steering and i dont know which lines to loop and what to loop it with

i have line "D" plugged, every time I turn the steering wheel left even if its plugged it squirts out fluid. what do i do from this point. I have drained the reservoir and removed the belt, and pump, how, and what do i do next
What tools do i need
Can i cut the hard lins and loop them with a rubber tube?
What can i cut the m with?
which lines should be looped?
Which should be left alone?
