Default I think I am screwed :(

Well as some of you know from my other thread, I went down yesterday. I assumed it was just my rearset got bent but I am not sure anymore. I think the place where the rearset is screwed in to got bent. Is that the frame? here are some pictures if anyone can tell me what that is called and if you guys think its just my rearset or something more serious, I couldn't have been going more then 10-15 mph. Thanks

I'd attatch a long leverage bar and see if I couldn't slwoly and carefully bend it back into shape. It is bent, but not horribly off.

Is there a way to pivot it off the swing arm and get at it that way?

Or try heating it up, getting some big pliers/channel locks and bending it back that way?

OMG! I love you guys so much!!! I basically put the screw in the hole and started hitting it with a hammer until the holes were straight. thank god I completely thought I was screwed. This is the fastest I've ever resolved a problem

Like my father always says, if at first you don't succeed, use a bigger hammer

What's the ETA on getting everything back to riding shape?

Mines a 05. How can you stand that rear fender? I had to chop mine off and move the turn signals.
