With all the scammers, and theives goin around i just wanted to give some props to SonicKO. He posted on this board about a V-AFC for sale. I got it off him, pay-paled the money and he shipped it across country. It was removed from his car and @my door 5 days after I paypaled him.

 

Thanks for posting... It is good to hear that at least some people in this world are trustworthy and not scammers...

 

thats cool i bought my mugen fg-360 from someone on the internet, i was really hesitant about what was in the box...but when i got it it was in perfect condition......i guess you just gotta be really careful....

 

ya me too, some guy emailed me one day saying he had a FG-360. I was so happy, but I was skeptical on whether he would send or not so I asked if he would do money order, he said he would but it would cost more. It didnt come for like 3 weeks and I thought he was a scammer, then one day my mom called me and told me I got something for my car. It was the steering wheel and I was very happy, maybe I got lucky too

 

Yeah there are actually some cool people out there. I guess ya just always need to check for refs these days.

seriously, that's cool....i've been very lucky, all the people i've dealt with on this board as far as transaction stuff have been good people. It got a little hairy with some wheels i sold, but the guy was just super paranoid after getting ripped off before, he didn't realize not sending me the money until he got the wheels to cover his *** (despite our prior send-same-time agreement) was putting me in an awkward position...remedied jiffy quick. honest people, the world would completely and utterly suck without them.
