LCA bushings
Got my new bushings from Energy Suspension and am just about to start installing them.
The instructions are pretty straight forward, but I'm still wondering if I need to keep the metal sleeve that's over the stock bushing, or if I take everything out?

The old metal sleeve must go.

If I press out the rubber, will the outer sleeve follow too?

I Don't know. When i did mine. I didn't have access to a press. What i did was burn the old rubber then cut the sleeve with a hack saw.

That's what I'm doing too... I was looking for an excuse to go get my-self a press... but it looks like I can do the job without it
.
What did you use to put the new ones in? Sledge hammer?

no no no no almost everyone are 2 peice units just grease them up good and push them in. you might need to be tapped in. The ones that are 1 piece will need to be pressed in but there were only 6 in my kit that where that way
