Proper Steps When upgrading rim?

So I'm gonna get 18X7 EP45 5X114 wheel with 215 40 18 tire. The wheel won't require any spacer. Aside from that is there anything else I should do? This car is bone stock just fyi.

Yes: You should sell your old wheels and tires if you don't think you'll be using them any more.
