I have a missing plug for FITV does that effect the rough idles? because im having problem with idles when i drive and i cant go over 3500rpm at all

 

Fast Idle Thermo valve just controls idle for cold starts... once the engine is warmed up the IACV takes over.

I think you have bigger problems than the FITV... and no, it would not cause your car to stop reving at 3500rpm lol

 

i have been let it running for like 5-10 mins...the idle r still rough idles i seems cant figure out wats wrong, i got my friend sed my Timing is wayyy off, other friend sed my TPS sensor no good.
