Is 10k to much?
My friend is lookin at a 95 GS-R. It has 100k miles on it and the blue book is like 8k, but it has a wings west front bumper, intake, exhaust, and headers along w/ 17's, and a 12" sub w/ cd player and such. I think that 10 is a little on the high side but what do you guys think?
I payed $10500 for my 96 w/ 82k miles last summer. Of course it only had an AEM CAI, 17's, and lowered. But all that other stuff listed on yours doesn't make up for the $2000 you are going to over pay.
yeah, im the one looking to purchase the gs-r. its a really clean car but bluebook is only around 8k. i know the guy has some mods and alot of extras to his car but i am thinking offer him about $8 and go no higher than $9-9.5. is that reasonable?

Offer him the blue book. This guy cant be expecting to get his money back from the mods he made. Theyre just bolt-ons.

Yea 8k sounds about right, 10k is 2 much if u ask me! And shouldnt those mods lower the value anyway?
arent tegs real common in Ca. they go alot higher here than i see em go for in cali. seriously buying a fix up car is ok if theres alot of expensive stuff put into it but the goal is to fix up a car the way you like it, not to buy what someone else likes. if this car had say an itr tranny with a kaaz lsd and some toda cams or somthin then it might be worth it.
