If you're talking about the bottom portion of the rear seats, then no.
For some reason they decided to change the position of that front mounting tab on the seats. I think this was in 98 but I can't be sure of that. If you want to cut that then yes, the seat will fit, but it won't fit 'right'.

yeah the cushions are the same shape but the mounting brackets are in a different locatio, you should be able to drill some kind of mount into your ride if you're feeling lucky
