Default Aftermarket calipers

Anyone know if there are any performance companies manufacturing calipers? Front and back? I know Wilwood has a kit for cheap @ $600.00 but I think the 12" rotor upgrade is a bit of an overkill for the EF's.

Anyone know if you can mod DA calipers to the EX spindles... say the Spoon ones?

DA Calipers bolt up no problem to EX knuckles.

spoon calipers are an assload of money

with bigger spindles (ex/sir/DA), you've got a huge amount of options...ITR stuff, NSX, and all the aftermarkets that fit that stuff

Yep..there's a write-up midst the FAQ's about the EX Knuckles. But a cheaper route might be to upgrade your brake/hydraulic fluid delivery to the calipers itself. Simple upgrades such as a larger MC:BB combination along with newer/steel braided lines will produce a major improvement over the stock setup. The above is also suggested if you're looking to upgrade to big-brake setups to accomodate the higher/faster demand for brake fluid.

p.s. you'll be surprised what the DA MC:BB combination+better brake lines will do for braking!

Ya, I'm having the complete braking system re-done as this car has never had decent braking since I've owned it. Probably since the poor thing got outta the Honda assy line.

SS lines, calipers, big brakes(front), all that stuff is being considered, and of course, the 15/16 EX MC! OEM too. Booster, the whole nine, just want to see what are my options for calipers using the EX spindle assy.

Ya, spoons cost a decent paint job, so I might be opting for the Dynalite Wilwoods... they're not bad in pricing for a 4 piston design... anyone used them?

Is it the thread about staying away from drilled rotors? Waaaaaaay ahead of you.

That article on the brake setup was pretty cool, I'm rethinking my brake plans for my ride...
