Cooling fans stopped working
I just swapped out my radiator with a new one and after getting everything back in, I noticed that the fans don't some on anymore. Has anyone ever had problems with this before? I remember that there are 5 different coolant sensors in this car that do different things, but can't recall which one actually sends the signal to turn the fans on.
I'm pretty sure Jim Blake (one of the resident gurus here) answered this similar question many times. I think he said:
Coolant temperature switch on the thermostat housing (lower radiator hose) switches the radiator fan while engine is on.
Coolant temperature switch on the upper radiator hose housing on the engine block, switches the radiator fan when the engine is off.

I would check the connections at the fan first. also, check your thermostat. If you flushed the coolant the thermostat could be stuck open, and the coolant most likly wont get hot enough to trigger the fan

Yeah, but just in case someone else reads this, remember Honda had at least 4 different schemes for switching the radiator fans over the years. Here's a picture of a '97 LX.

The switch #16 on the thermostat housing switches the fan when the engine's running. Test the fan by unplugging this & jumpering the plug with a paperclip (while the engine's running). The fan should run. Tell us yes/no if this works.
The switch #18 on the upper hose nozzle switches the fan after the engine's turned off. Try the same test over there.
If both of those tests work, then all the circuits, relays, fuses, fan timer, etc... is all good.

It's also possible that with the new radiator, your cooling system is working good & the fan doesn't NEED to run. You're in the pacific NW, not Texas, so you may have to wait for hotter weather.
You could block off the radiator & idle until it gets hot, but watch out & be prepared to set up a box fan or something blowing into the grille.
