there is black **** all over my rims, its gotta be from the brakes. it also seems like my braking power was has been decreaseing, theres also like green grease on the inside of the rim its always there when i clean my rims and it dont come off anyone????????????

 

You probably have a torn cv boot.

 

thats probably it, when you drive your car slow and you turn your wheel all the way do you hear a little clicking noise?

 

i havnt noticed any noise, its only on the drivers side. how much would it be to get fixed, is it doin any harm not fixing it right away

 

if you don't fix it now you might end up having to change the whole drive shaft instead of the CV boot

 

change the whole axle anyway.. its 60 bucs for a remanufactured axle or 150 for a nice Acura Stage-1 axle.. changing the boot is a bitch.. but hey its your car/time/money.. do what you wanna do!

 

Change the axle and have the rotor machined, I had the same problem on my teg. **** got way worse after I didn't fix it. I would suggest fixing it soon.

 

would slappin on kevlar break pads fix my break dust problem, could i just replace the front ones??
