changes to studs without pulling head?
you have the head off to take off the studs anyway, so how much more work is it really to take off the gasket? Maybe i'm not seeing something here......and if they are stock studs, you don't want to reuse them. If they are arp or some other stonger aftermarket, i suppose you can reuse them, someone correct me if i'm wrong.
stock cars used bolts he is talking about studs such as arp or some other company
you will take a serious risk in head warpage and detorque/sealing the head when you remove one at a time to replace the bolts with the studs, seriously if there is no headlifting issues with the car then fuggg it

alright, thanks guy. i guess ill leave it for now, just keep my arps for a rainy day.
sorry i wasnt more clear, the old (broken) one has arps, whereas the new one has stock everything.
