whats the difference? Falken Ziex ZE-512 Tires

im planning on getting these tires, i got rims that had 205/45/16 before and i dunno if i should get the 205/55/16 or the 205/45/16

i was thinking about it but idk, im feeling 45 its lowered 1.8 front 1.7 rear
i dont even know if this will fit good

I think 50 is just right if it jst lowered than small of an amount
