Default Possibly Getting Herbed by Wheel Max

Ok so here is the story. First, I ordered some 16" 5zigen Pro-N1s with 205/45/16 Toyos FZ4 (had to get these tires cuz they said I cant pick the tires that I want. wanted the yokos spec-2 - no big deal) for 1120 (60 extra bucks for mount and balance) for my Teg.

Here is the issue. The tires were not 205/45/16. They were 205/40/16. So, I am thinking that I got charged for 205/45/16 while I only got 205/40/16 tires. So I called Wheelmax up and they gave me this wack story on how 205/40/16 is actually the recommended tire size (which is BS). After they put me on hold, they said that I actually upgraded my tire to Toyo which explains why the price is 1120. They kept on giving me excuses on why the total was 1120 even for 205/40/16 tires when I originally ordered 205/45/16 for 1120. They put me on hold several times. I think he was conferring with his manager on what to say. The phone call got disconnected after he put me on hold for the third time. I am so pissed rite now. Had to go to work so I didnt call back. I am gonna give another call to wheelmax tonite.

Sorry for the long post. I need suggestions on what I should do.

thanx

Did you pay with your credit card? If so, call your credit card company and dispute the charges if it doesn't work out with wheelmax.

i second this. but you would think that wheel max does enough in sales to be able to swap out the tires with theones you ordered in the 45's.
