b16a wont start

Default b16a wont start

my friend has a 91 si hatch and he swapped in a b16, well it wouldnt start with the key after a while and i let him use my started and it wouldnt start and he tried a diff ecu it still wouldnt start, and it doesnt bump start anymore. when he puts the key in the on position the turn signals stay on and some other thigns but i forget, if i remember ill post it

do you hear the fuel pump priming?

possibly main relay.

also, did you guys check for spark?

i know he got a walbro 255 but im nto sure if its in. ill ask him tomorrow if he checked for spark. i kinda think its and ignition thing tho cuz it used to bump start

When i did my b16 swap my car would not turn over either, like trying to start it with out pushing the cluth in far enough, we just by passed it. sounds kinda like that. we couldn't figure it out.
