Default Sticky tranny help

clutch pedal is sticking at the very very bottom.... guessing is the master cylinder, as was the problem on my old car... are there anyt other things it could be BESIDES GUM ON MY SHOE!!! lol

also, the stick gets stuck in gear... not too much, a slight tug pulls it out, but sometimes it feels very clunky to shift, almost as if the clutch is disengaging but not fully... and it has almost the same sensation as when i pull the stick out of gear without any clutch at all...

i guess the best way i can describe it is that the tranny is just all together acting... well... clunky.

help

I had the sticking clutch problem when I first got my s. I lubed up the shift fork where it pivots in the tranny and where it contacts the slave and that solved it. I would give that a shot it takes 10 mins.

if you get stuck inbetween gears it could be your synchros.

my fork got a little rusty...when i cleaned it out the clutch pedal was smooth again.
