did a basic engine swap on the d17 vtec auto engine. didnt change anything other then the engine, direct swap. when we went to start it up, the green light was flashing on D and it seems like its stuck in overdrive. it accelerates really slow. when shifting into reverse or drive, it shifts really hard. I flushed the trans and refilled it with honda atf fluid but it still does the same thing. it seems like maybe a sensor

 

Make sure all your connectors are properly hooked up and secure and that no wires got pinched or stretched. Also make sure all your grounds are hooked up as well!

 

figured it out, shifting solenoid broke and could not be plugged in
