K24a1/K20a2 head oil orifice blocking question?
OK im workin on my k24 right now and i was told to remove the little restrictor orifice (part #11135-PNA-000) that normally lubricates the twin countershaft oil pump. I removed it and noticed the thread pitch is so different than anything i have seen. I looks to be JIC or NPT threading and i have no clue what bolt i should use to block the passage. What have you others done for this? What bolt did you use? Or what is the thread pitch? Any help would be great im trying to finish the car and get it back on the road soon.
This is the oil jet that needs to be removed.[/B]

This little household item can take the jet out real easy. Its part of the paperclip thingie

This is what it should look like. This one is threaded, now to find a bolt.

Found one. Look for a Regular 12mm Bolt about two inches long. I put a little bit of honda bond on the end of it and up the threads for a complete seal
