hydro conversion in a crx
i have an 89 crx with a b series hydro conversion but the clutch is to stiff for the cable i was wondering if anybody has done a true hydro conversion on one? and if you did what parts did u end up using?
First off, be a man.
Second, you'll need an aftermarket clutch pedal (or get very creative with welding onto your stock one), master cylinder, and that's pretty much it beyond everything else that can be sourced from OEM.

He means using a true hyrdaulic system, not the Hasport or Innovative kit.

it will take some welding to get it to work. im still workin on mine but it is possible. my buddy's dad own a machine shop and there helpin make my mounts. it tricky but i think it will be worth it in the end. as far as the pedals go all you need is the clutch pedal out of a 92 and up car. its not like the 88-91 where all three pedals are together. i used automatic gas and brake pedals from my 89 civic and the clutch pedal out of a del sol. just cut a little off the ends of the brake pedal. mounting the master cylinder to the firewall is the hard part. but you can do it.
