Forced induction kit for 7th generation accord
Hey guys i have a seventh generation accord 4 cylinder and i have been searching for the right forced induction kit that fits my car. Anybody have any suggestions on this topic?
i dont know of any kits for the 7th gens yet, so you may have to piece it together and get a programmable ECU to tune it with. even if there where a kit a pieced together kit might still be cheaper, depending in what ECU you go with.

Talk to a professional, or wait for a kit. If you dont know what you need to buy, or how to size a turbo, perhaps thats a sign that your over your head and you need to look into this more.
My suggestion is to use the search feature, and research how a turbo system works, and why you need certin parts. This will help you get an appropriate set up for what you want your car to do.
Another good idea is to talk to the guys in the Forced Induction forum. They should be abel to answer any question you may have better then most of us.

There is a production kit that is released by Racing Technology in Kentucky. You can view the kit online at http://www.racingtechnologyco.com The kit is exceptionally well done, and is a complete bolt-up, and there is someone doing the first public one at http://www.gen7accord.com in the aftermarket section. It costs $4250, and with some knowledge, you can do the install yourself. They use Haltech as a tuning platform. You will also need a clutch/flywheel upgrade.
Or, you can piece together a kit and make your own kit. A guy is making a custom kpro harness with kpro, using two ecu's, that will run on our cars, that hondata hasn't done yet. This is a bit cheaper, but does not have a production manifold like RTC does.
I've looked at both options and done the latter, so if you need help, feel free to ask.
