Prelude SH, speedwise, is very slightly faster than a Integra GSR, should be for both drag race and road course. Prelude has better brakes as well, and is heavier.
However, your question is very vague. "faster" means a lot of different things. "Are they worth buying"... another very subjective question.
Maybe try this link.. Is the Prelude SH worth it?
Good luck in your travels.

dude, sell ur tegg and buy urself that prelude.i dont got nothin against a gs-r teggy cause i also love those cars, but when ur talkin about power, the H22 lude has it. I have a couple of friends with GS-R's and just to tell u wen i drive their teggs i could tell my lude is faster, even they say it when they drive my car. And if u r gettin an SH, the ATTS System is the shiznazz wen u do those fast sharp turns, NO UNDERSTEER!!

The prelude is a great car to drive but the weight of it makes it hard to make the car go fast without spending lots of $$$. Although you need $$$ to make the gs-r go fast, IMO i think the gsr has more potential due to swapable parts for the B series and other things
Look where your posting this question. Your asking luders if a lude is worth buying..... Thats like telling a die hard chev guy you own a ford and are thinkin about buying a chev, but is the chev worth it?
The answer is obvious. No matter how many little problems my lude gives me, I will never sell it. I love my car and cant imagine driving anything else.

I drove both cars for a few days before buying my Prelude. I thought the Prelude had a nicer interior and the Prelude was faster in a straight line. I didn't really get to test out the twisties but with ATTS (in the SH only) I'm sure it's quicker in the corners also.
