Are you talking just the cams, or supporting mods too?

What is the cars current setup?

May I suggest a LOT more reading before you jump to the conclusion that cams are going to be your one stop answer. I'd be willing to bet you don't feel a thing with just a cam upgrade (no supporting mods) and that it's not reliable at all.

Stage II: Stage II profiles are more aggressive than Stage I profiles, and are designed for modified engines operating at higher rev ranges. Upgrading to Skunk2 Racing valvetrain components is required for proper operation. Stock idle and emission characteristics may be slightly compromised, but fair-to-good driveability allows them to still be used on dual-purpose vehicles. Proper tuning, an upgraded intake system, and an exhaust system are required in order to maximize the potential of these camshafts. Do not use oversized valves.

thx

jdm type r motor just stock but the compression is 11 and all i have is just exhaust and intake. would it help if i put the camshaft on then taking my car to tune. will it make it safer to drive.

I would look elsewhere for mods. Might I recommend a new Final Drive. I'd be willing to be it makes more of a difference on your car than the cams would.
