Default I need help with my B16 valvecover!!

Hey guys, I changed the valvecover a while back because the previous one was severely damaged. During the installation, I tightened one of the valvecover nuts too tight and broke the top of one of the valvecover studs (left botton corner stud). My engine is a JDM OBD 1 B16 from HMO. I went to a Honda dealership and asked them for a 99' Civic Si valvecover stud. The part they gave me DOESN'T FIT. I'ts too long.. I went back and the dealership people said that the studs on my engine aren't they same as the 99 Civic Si's. It's got me wondering what kind of engine I have??? Or if the dealership people are retarded Are the studs on JDM B16 different than USDM B16A2? Should I be looking for something more like a 94' Del Sol Si stud? Is there a difference between any B16s valvecover studs? Help would be greatttly appreciated!!

I second that ... its a middle plug wire cover stud.... and the way to know your engine is looking at the engine code on the engine and all the studs are the same... b series that is.. well im not sure about b20 but b18a/b/c and b16 are
