no power to my pr4 computer

i am trying to put a b18 ls non vtec in my hatch but the ecu does not power do i need to run some kind of other wire to the harness

well iam putting a b18 non vtec in my ef9 but i have to convert the harness to fuel injection (obd 0) thats why iam not getting power but how do i do that. can anyone help??

double check your grounds by the thermostat. or your ecu could be the problem try using a friends ecu

i ve checked the ground AND PUT A COMP IN AND IT STILL DOESNT LIGHT UP is the ecu light supposed to light up i have no spark or no injectors working or the fuel pump they tell is the main relay
