and i was jus wondering wat oil should i use since the car has high milage already????

Synthetic or non, just depends on how often you want to change it.

However, I have been hearing good reviews about the Walmart Synthetic oil which is like super cheap yet its a certified oil and i've tried it out on my RSX and it really does the job fine and efficiently. If anything, my engine feels smoother... However, on my EM1 I am using Royal Purple
