does anyone know where it shows a how to install bucket seats on a integra or car in general. looked on here but couldn't find one

 

you mean like an aftermarket bucket? If it has the correct rails and brackets its the exact same as the removal. Otherwise you need to take the rail/bracket assembly from your current seat and put it on the new seat.

 

ive got the sliders and rails but no brackets

 

you can see if you can remove the bracket from your current seat and put it on the new one, there should be a thread on how to swap them over, otherwise you can order brackets on ebay.
