Default so how do i correctly install seats?

do you people just exhange the sliders? or do you actually remove the entire bracket on the side (the seat lever thing, slider... pretty much all the metal stuff) and just slap it on another seat?

Depends on what seat you are installing... If you are install aftermarket seats, like Bride, Recaro, or Sparco you will need aftermarket sliders and an aftermarket bracket that works with the seat. Or you can just hack up your stock ones, but I think thats more difficult to do unless you have access to all the tools and time.

^ I think (77.8% Sure) that those just bolt right up. No modification needed.

Thats a stock EG passenger seat. It has one 'flat' connection to where u bolt it to the chasis... Im guess when you said "It has one flat connection" you were refering to the GSR?

If it's having trouble going in, you're putting it on the wrong side. These bolt directly in. Period.
