Default racing harness?

what do you guys think about having a 4/5 point racing harness in your car. good or bad idea? your thoughts please. thanks in advance.

depends. if your car still has rear seats, no way. if it doesn't have a harness bar, no way. if it does have a harness bar, yes, and if it does have a roll bar/cage, definately yes

i would reccomend one for track use, however if you are running it on the street i would stay away. you will most likely injure yourself furthur if you are involved in an accident.
