Default My new canvas..not a Honda...older than everyone on this site probably...

I sold my beater EF hatch and the Mustang and decided to do something that I have been wanting to do for a LONG time, build an old hot rod. I've been searching for a while now and found this guy, it's a '35 Ford pickup. I'm going to get it with a few guys Friday in Kansas City MO and stop at a couple other places along the way including Oklahoma City to get some other stuff. I'm collecting parts here and there to get it going, once I get my front suspension I'll build the frame and get it sitting how I like it. The body is going to get chopped about 4" and channeled on the frame, a traditional 60's style hotrod build, the way it should be done...It's going to definitly be a fun build, back to my roots, don't worry I still have my green EG hatch and the DA, I'll update this as it goes along!

Pics are small but here they are...

Good luck with that. It's going to be a lot of work, but it will be one hot car.

It's staying straight axle front end, I'm not into independent front suspension on hot rods, not really my thing. I have a Ford 9" for the back, putting some 4.11 gears in it. Engine plan is a 392 Hemi on a 4spd.

Some of them actually came RHD in late 20's early 30's hahaha.

I work for an AC Delco/Ford Motorcraft distributor.
