Default Cheapest way to raise fuel cut with OBD-II

Need to raise the fuel cut from 7,200 to 7,500 on a OBD-II Civic EX. Any way I can do this on the cheap?

Is 300 rpm is going to make that much of a difference?

direct answer, there isn't a cheap way of doing it that I know of. Chipped/tuned OBD1 ECU would be your best bet.

There really isn't a low-budget approach to doing what you're looking for. You can pick up a cheap OBD-1 ECU, chip it, and then burn (or order) a chip with a higher fuel cut. Another option would be to run tires that are a bit larger in overall diameter. This would raise your top speed at the expense of acceleration, the same way using a taller final drive would.

Tires aren't an option.

I guess I'll just get a Z6 ECU and order a Boomslang harness and have the ECU socketed and have Rocket make a chip for me. Run on...
