I have a 92 civic with a gsr, I am running a auto p28, and a msd dizzy external coil, I have checked timing and the plugs and firing order.

I dont know why it has this problem it will start everytime but struggles to stay running, I can keep it running if I give it gas.

just curious if it would be the ecu, I also have a obd0 t.b. on it I am going to change...my boy is bringing over a t.b. and a chipped p28 so I will see if that fixes it but I am just seeing if there would be anything else..?

First check for any CEL codes, there's a sticky at the top of this forum to check this. It's realy easy to do, although one thing the post doesnt mention is that the plug you need to find may be burie up in the dash by the glovebox and taped to the harness.

 

fixed all of the other stuff got the ecu and other stuff...................

now I have a high idle, it sits at 2500 until I release the clutch and then goes down, but when I shift it seems to bog alittle.... I am using the del sol t.b.
