Default Needing new clutch discs for bike... How hard is it?

I've never had to put a clutch kit in any of my bikes, but my R6 is going to need one soon. How difficult is it? Any special tools I might need? TIA...

Edit: Found a clutch basket. Remove the side cover and bolt it on?
