90 Civic SI Accelerating Problem! Please Help

My car is manual... when i gas some time it jerks and all of a sudden it just kicks in. i know its not the way im driving it but it feels like im running out of gas even when i got a full tank. im kind of new to this but yeah.. please help!

change the fuel regulator on the fuel rail....mine did the same thing and i change it and it ran fine.
