I had this done about 1-2 months ago but just now got the pics from a friends camera
I came up with the design and cut out all the pieces (except the tb flange)
I brought it to h-t member Zornig, which has a shop (Racecraft Fab) mainly for VWs but can basically do any fab work with all the equipment this guy has.
The quality and time he put into helping me was awesome, nice guy and i would def take anything else i need to him
he made the built in stacks on my mani, did all the welding and then some.
Oh yea he made the Plasma CNC'd Save the Sohc thing also.
This is going on a boosted D16

Lemme know what you guys think!

Tape off the runners and fill it up with water and measure it.

Not bad at all.
I would like to see a pic installed into the EF chassis, if you don't care.
not to see the rest of the setup but mostly the fitment of the intake manifold,
I'm currently building one too, for a Boosted D16z6 into a EF, shooting for 400 Whp soon.
thank's !

i would say to do it like this........... tape off the t-body hole and cap the vacuum holes, turn it so the plenum is down and the runners are up and then use water to fill the plenum through one of the runners and measure it that way.
