In the morning when I go to start my prelude I cut my ignition on and let the fuel pump cut off before I start it,because if I try to start it immediatly it takes a few seconds but i f I wait it starts right away,which makes me think I have a timing issue resulting in the spark knock thats occuring.If my timing is off how do I adjust it,because when I follow the instructions in my chilton manual I get no results when I move the distributer.ANY SUGGESTIONS?

 

I believe you can't adjust the timing on the H22A4 motor... my best bet if you think if its a timing issue is to put a timing gun on it to verify..
