What kind of paint?
I am going to be painting (with a paintbrush) my VC this week and want to know what kind of paint to use, and where to get it. I can't find any high temp paint except rattle can. I don't want it flaking off after the first 10 miles. Anyone have any suggestions?
because it is very intricate (sp?) after it is done I will post pics and you will see what I am talking about. This isn't a design you can spray

How so? Did you see the kid with the Burberry lip/VC? That was a pretty intricate. I'm not sure if he taped it, or how exactly he painted it. Taping it would take time, but I personally think the end result would be 10x better.

No I didn't see that, but you would have to see this painting to understand. Put it this way. It's like trying to rattle can starry night on a VC and have it look like starry night.

I don't have any pics of what I'm talking about, thats why I'm compairing it to starry night.

It shouldn't dry all that fast, with thatmuch of it in a cup not enough of the paint is exposed to moving air to let it dry.
That's why glue doesn't dry in a bottle, it has to be exposed to air to dry.

I didn't think about it that way. Thank you sir. I will try that and hopefully it works good. Thanks
