EGR Block Off Plate Question (Gasket?)

Hi, I just got my EGR Block Off Plate and I was wondering if I need to put some kinda hi temp gasket sealer on it before I put it on or do I just bolt the metal plate on there?

Nm, I discovered that there is a metal gasket there and it should be used...
