I have been looking for this part <U>circled in red,</U> does anyone know if would have to get it custom made or can purchase it?? thanx..... hit me up!

you can get a carbon fiber one from
http://www.onderground-design.....html i called them a couple weeks ago..there send you everything including hardware... note you have to remove before you can put up the top..they said it wont fit in the trunk either..passenger seat tho..its cool tho so check it out. in the search bars put
honda/ s2000/ 00-05 /autres ...and it should pop up

To confirm, it is the Veilside tonneau cover. Take a look/search http://www.s2ki.com as there are many topics and pictures about it.
Since it doesn't fit in the truck, there is a recent post there about how a user cut it in half and mounted brackets so that it could be folded to fit in the trunk.
