UPDATE! The car is done! I went down this weekend and put the motor together. I have no pics to show cause I left my kodak at home.
everything went smooth other than the knock senser broke.
I will fix that on tuesday and get some bay shots.
Few months back my motor lost a rod bearing and killed the bottom end. So now I towed it to my father-in-laws shop to do the work. Below is some pics of the night we towed it, and some of my new parts.

Should be up and running in two weeks!

That Exedy clutch cracked on both sides on mine after 44,000 miles, I was usuing that flywheel too. Good luck with it cause Exedy turned their back on me after I emailed them some pics and they basically told me it was no fault of their product and must be mine.

Well last week my great grandma passed away, so I went to Honolulu to visit family and go to the service. So I did not start any of the work, but my father-in-law did. In the next few weeks it should be running, but that not really important right now, so I will update when the car is done.
good luck with all that im curently rebuilding mine as well... mine toasted the #4 rod bearing and journal.. i went with oversized irt pistons and the usuall.. that clutch should have any problems ive heard a ton more good things about exedy than anyone else.. even tho im gona have a CM set in mine .. have fun with it man .. hopefully you wont have to do this again.. at least on your car.. ide make sure u got a new oil pump forsure.. if you dont know where the starvation came from .. maybe even a baffle.
