Could someone tell me the specification for ignition timing on a 2000 Honda Civic LX?? My distributor recently went out and upon replacing I think the timing is off...

there should be a sticker under the hood of your car, it should tell you what spark plugz, vacuum lines, and ignition timing should be set to.

at least on mine there is.

i think its 16 degrees before TDC. +/- 2 degrees
