Constant tires rubbing
I've noticed on my 2000 prelude, that if I hang a corner tight or if I hit a bump, I hear my tires rub. I've pushed my car manually up and down and do not see where it is rubbing and do not see it touching the tires.
My tires are on 17" rims and low profile. I do have performance shocks although I bought the car in 2001 so I'm not sure what was put on it. Does anyone know the best way to fix this issue? Is it struts or shocks? The car doesn't bounce alot. I can push the car down and it comes right back without bouncing. I'm not sure if the car has naturally lowered over the past year or if it is something else.
Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Take off your fender linings, I took mine off and nothing was lost except the sound I make when my tires rub in parking lots which was embarassing because my bumper would make a loud noise with it.
