Please rate this set-up...
For a daily driver. I listen to a lot of rock, but I also like to listen to talk shows. Occasional trance.
Headunit: Panasonic (already have, 4 x 45W)
Front speakers: MB Quart
Rear speakers: MB Quart
Sub: 10-inch OZ audio (already have, 250W)
Amp: Orion 4-channel
The plan is to use the sub to power the fronts, and to use the other 2 channels to power the sub. Leave the rears alone.
I'm trying to do it on a budget, mind you.
Thanks for the input!

Which MB Quarts are they? Coaxials, separates, Reference, Autobahn, Q?
Hopefully your deck has front, rear and a nonfading subvwoofer output. If it does, use the 4 channel amp to power your front speakers, rear channels can be bridged to power your subwoofer out of the nonfading subwoofer output. Power the rear speakers off the deck and dafe them out a lot. They should be used for ambient fill only, so you keep most of your sound in the front.
Or sell them and buy some Dynamat (or similar material) for the front doors to make the tinny doors a more solid enclosure for them. I don't really believe in rear fill... except a raw midrange at most in a big car.

Do you mean "fade"?

Sell what? Make doors?
Thanks!

Personally I don't like MBQ's...make sure you give them a good listen before purchasing...I find the tweeter fatiguing (SP). If you love them, then stick with them, but by your follow up post I get the feeling you have not auditioned them yet. There are a ton of sets out there that I feel are better, so put up a budget that you are working with, and we could give you some other suggestions. Not hating on MB, just trying to give you other options that may not be well known. I would complete the OZ setup, and grab one of thier sets for your fronts...outstanding speakers.
Also, skip buying rear speakers. You don't need them to get great sound (and personally I think you get better sound without them).
What Orion amp? Their Xtreme line (the 500.4 or 800.4) are really nice, but some more info there would help.
Get that sub in the correct enclosure (contact OZ for info) and you should be on your way to a nice setup.
Also some type of sounddeadening material is a must. The doors have to be done, and don't use Dynamat, as there are a lot of low cost alternatives.

"Fade" controls front and back. The subwoofer is a separate control that connects to the amp (or channels) going to the subwoofer. You will be able to control the level of the sub depending on what your listening to. You may not have his feature.
Look at a set of Reference coaxials with the MUSiCOMP crossover. a 6.5" model with fit with a spacer. The highs being low in the door close to the woofer will not make it sound "bright" or harsh, something that MB Quart is known for in general. Or you can use a set of Reference components and try mounting the tweeter in different locations, like coaxially, in the kickpanel, sail panel, etc.
Dynamat for your front doors is more important than rear speakers.
