i got my ARP head studs in, and i'm about to put my new motor into my car, i just need to put the head onto the block. the ARP head studs diden't come with any of that ARP lube or any instructions....so do i just tighten them down to stock specs and can i use anything else either than the ARP lube?? TIA

You can use regular motor oil as lube, because ARP has a different set of torque specs for using it instead of their moly lube. And don't tighten the bolts into the block; twist them all the way down, then back them out a half turn.
