Headlight Scratch remover
depends on how bad/deep the scratches are. I've used Meguires PlastX-

for hazing and regular road damage and fine scratches.
Ya might even try to get a Mothers Powerball and the Plastic Power polish and see what that does.

If it's too bad though you may need to replace the whole lense.

This may sound risky, however its not and works amazing. Use a really really fine grit sandpaper (2000 or higher) to smooth the area around the scratch. Then using 3M heavy compound moving down to a light compound, buff out the area you just sanded. Be clean as new.
Believe it or not, plain old original crest toothpaste is supposed to take out alot of fine hazing/scratches. rub on with a cloth. Saw this on TV a while back, but haven't tried it yet.

5 minute headlight repaid worked awesome on mine. its basically 6 foam pads with compound on them with adhesive on the back. they come with a drill bit to stick to them, and you use a cordless drill. its $12 at autozone and in a black box
