Default clutch slipping?? lsd broke?? need diagnosis help....

So first i should mention that i drove the car for about 50 miles with no oil in the transmission because I thought there was oil in it but I didn't check. oops!! there was damage to the synchros, but i replaced them and now it shifts smooth.

anyway, whenever I step on the brakes when the car is moving or step on the gas while the car is stopped i hear a click sound coming from the driver side (i think). no clicking around when turning.

also, my clutch was slipping but I don't think i was overpowering it. i only have a euro r/h23 with a t3/t04e at about 20-23psi. the clutch should hold 350lbs/ft and i don't think my setup is capable of that.

it would pop and spin kind of like stepping on the pedal and blow out a cloud of dust. i replaced the clutch, (an act hd 6 puck and stock flywheel) with an act xtr 6 puck and streetlite flywheel and the release bearing. it held fine for a week, the clicking sound went away too at first but it gradually came back after a few starts and stops. i drove it this morning and somthing (the clutch??) popped loose when i tried to wind out 4th gear.

any ideas as to what could be loose or broke???
