Default exedy clutch juddering

Just fitted the my built motor with new exedy clutch plate and cover and refaced flywheel and now apart from leaking oil every time I pull away from a stand still it judders like hell till I give it some more gas.

Can you give me any ideas on wants making this happen.

Thanks

i'm experiencing similar problem like you.

i got an exedy organic clutch, exedy pressure plate and a new release bearing. the flywheel wasn't resurface but i did break in the clutch for 600km. this was installed on february 2004 and about 3-4 months after, the clutch started to chatter/judder when i pull away from a stand still. this only happens when the engine is cold but after about 15mins of driving the chattering/juddering goes away.

i replaced the clutch master and secondary but it didn't help.

i noticed that whenever i drop hard with boost then parked the car til the morning the chattering/juddering goes a way a day or two then comes back. but i've yet to do more driving hard at night to see if it is just a coincidence or not.

its getting annoying and i took it to a mechanic who refused to open it saying that honda flywheel are strong and not easily warped.

anyway, did you try adjusting the clutch?
