Need Opinions & Suggestions with my FI setup (CRX)
Ok any day now I'll have my car sent to the shop to finish the install.
Here is a list of the mods I have below so far.
I would like to know if anyone can agree to the choices I made in parts and what power should I be expecting? Reliability in the parts I chose? Suggestions etc. etc.
I've done swaps and work on Nissan's but this is my first built Honda so I had one of my friends advise me along with the build up. So I just want to hear from others on what they think so far on my mods.

You don't really need the cams, gears, intake manifold, rail, FPR, ignition box... I would put those into getting an LSD and upgrading your injectors, 450cc max out around 300 and that setup should be good for 4. What are you using for manifold/blowoff valve/etc?
Or you could put that money into a move to OBDI, it lets you rev a little higher more reliably.

Custom Manifold shop made, Turbonetics wastegate, HKS BOV, ARP Bolts
Can you explain a little more as to why I wouldn't need the above parts you mentioned?

The oem ones are better and the IM wont make that much diff.

The OBD-0 computer I have the shop says it's good for a 9K rev. This is my second build the first build I fried my shims and caused some rod damage due to oil starvation. I registered 8600 rpm on the SAFC a couple times before.
So I guess other then what has already been mentioned this setup should be good for a reliable 270whp - 300whp?
Also say I do get bigger injectors to meet 400hp figures will the block handle that amount of power without sleeves?

With the larger injectors needed, you'll need better fuel managment than the SAFC. You may have tuned on that before, but the SAFC is very limited in its abilities to control these injectors reliably.

Just as a personal opinion I would convert to obd1 and get yourself a nice management system. You may wanna think about a LSD if you wanna push 400 whp. LSD can make a world of difference.

First I like to say thanks to all the helpful input you guys have provided. I also read allot of threads in this forum and learned quite a bit, very helpful forum.
Now back on topic, ok so the LSD I know is a must aswell as tossing out the SAFC, convert to OBD1 along with a proper management system.
I think this would be my last question, I see allot of people on here using Hondata is this something I should consider getting?
Second you say 400hp the tuner who built my motor says I'm only good for 350hp max, without blowing the motor because I'm not sleeved.
But I hear it can handle around 400hp stock is this true???
I just have no experience with the LSV to determine what it can handle safely with the mods I have.

it can depend alot on who tunes the car with turbo you have bevery careful with detonation if you have an incredible good tune it may be possible but on an ls bottom end i would probably sleeve it. i now a kid that has a 450 wheel integra da and they sleeved it when he wanted to make at the 400 whp range.
