Neither is his. My kid has 205/45/16 at stock height and I think he would have to Starsky and Hutch it to rub.

If the tires are rubbing in the rear try rolling the seams on the inside of the wheel wells .I had to roll the seems on my EK when I put 17"on it at stock height.If the rubbing is coming from the front look to see if the plasic inner fender isnt sagging or damaged in some way
Also the wheels you have could have too much of an offset
