can you tell where it is leaking from?
internally or at the connection/ fitting on the back of the gauge? if its internally, it definately trash. if its from the fitting/ connection it could be just something simple like the little brass crush ring (on most gauges they use one on the nylon hose to seal the connection to the gauge between fittings) did not seat properly or whatnot.
